The house is a five minute walk up the hill from either the town wharf or the ferry terminal. As you can see, the house is fully equipped. The downstairs is a kitchen/dining/living area and a bedroom. There is a downstairs full bathroom with a washer and dryer and an upstairs bedroom and full bathroom. There is plenty of closet space all throughout the house.
